
This week, the LCCI, in co-operation with the municipal council of Tukums and the Tukums Club of Entrepreneurs, organised a meeting of entrepreneurs, within the framework of which, the meeting of the LCCI Kurzeme Council and the Kurzeme Business Club took place. It was attended by more than 45 entrepreneurs and experts of various sectors of the region to discuss a range of current affairs and business development.

In the first part of the day, the LCCI Kurzeme Council meeting took place, drawing council members from all towns of Kurzeme and the deputy director of the LCCI Policy Department Jānis Lielpēteris. The participants discussed achievements, initiatives and progress of tabled issues of the first half of the year, by covering such topics as the administrative territorial reform, the work of sworn bailiffs, the impact of pay-day loans on the region, etc.
