Invitation to tender for a contract for expert(s) in OEM procurement policies and SME supply operations (Germany)

The WFB Bremen Economic Development is planning to conclude a contract with expert(s) supporting partners from 2 EU-Funded Projects by the definition of user requirements and the design of the web-based portal to be set-up in the framework of both projects.

Industry and marketing experts/companies with experience in electronic market places, OEM procurement policies as well as in SME supply operations are invited to submit a tender not later than 31 August 2010 to the following address:
